Ah, the joys of illustrating! Students will learn about the art and craft of illustrating and graphic design. Students will explore the way technology tools have re-defined the illustration process. After participating in this Passports, students will have greater appreciation and understanding of the importance of illustrations. |

Students will be transported to the western coast of Africa as they learn a welcome dance from Liberia and a social dance from Ghana. Fanga is a popular dance used to welcome visitors. Both dances feature songs that can be taught and sung in the traditional African call and response style. |
